Marshall Gets Commitment

Marshall Gets Commitment

The Marshall Thundering Herd coaching staff continues to scour the state of Florida for players that could help the team win championships.

Doc Holliday has said time and again that he will only recruit players who will fit into his program and its goal of winning championships. Herdhaven.com has learned today of another recent commit from the Sunshine State.

Tomell One is a 6'3", 275 pound defensive tackle from Palm Bay, Florida by way of Bayside High School. One is very new to the game of football and has a lot of upside as is evidenced by his lofty 3 star ranking with a number 74 rating as well.

One attended camps over the summer at the University of Miami, and UCF. He had scholarship offers from FIU, FAU, Marshall, Mississippi State and Louisville just to name a few.

One joins Ja'Ree Tolbert as the two defensive tackles in the 2014 recruiting class. Tolbert is also from Florida.

With the addition of One, Marshall now has 12 early commitments. They are, One, Francisco Hernandez, Laderrick Hammond, Ryan Bee, Tolbert, Reese Wooten, Alex Cason, Keion Davis, Ryan Yurachek, Cole Garvin, Hyleck Foster and Caleb Rimes.
