Defensive Back Set to Visit

National Signing Day is now less than a month away. Marshall moves through the month with a limited number of scholarships available due to a small senior class. The Herd continues to look for defensive backs, which is a position loaded with upper classmen heading into the 2013 campaign.

Marshall will host defensive back Tiquan Lang, from Valdosta, Georgia, this coming weekend. Lang currently has a verbal commitment to the University of South Alabama.

Lang is a 5’10”, 185 pounds defensive back who attended Lowndes High School in Valdosta this past season.

Lang is rated as a two star cornerback.

Lang committed over the summer to South Alabama, but will be making a visit to Marshall this weekend.
