Casey Morris took one more step closer to
joining an exclusive club at Texas Tech, the 1,000-point club.
Morris, who led the Lady Raiders in scoring
with 13 points on Sunday, now has 988 career points. Tech’s next game is
against Oklahoma State on Wednesday in Stillwater with first tip set for 7 p.m.

found success in non-conference play.

Tech, in the past four seasons, has gone

Junior Kelsi Baker for the third-straight
game went for double-digits in scoring, dropping 10 points against the Cougars
on Sunday inside the USA.
It also marks the 8th game out
of the last 10 where Baker has gone for more than 10 points. The only two games
where she failed to reach the double-digit plateau was against Northern
Colorado and Lipscomb, one point and nine points, respectively.
Texas Tech has four players reach
double-digits on Sunday, Morris (13), Hyde (12), Brown (11) and Baker (10).
This marks the first time the Lady Raiders
have had more than three different players reach the double-digit mark in the
same game since December 5, when Tech beat Illinois 75-56 inside the USA.
